This straightforward solution involves a custom resin surface, the color of liquid brown sugar, which floats above a subtly crafted, stacked wood frame. As daylight moves across the table's surface, different levels of transparency occur. At times the resin seems solid, while at other times the light clearly reveals the structure underneath.
